You pay for people. Never for hubs.
Nobody buys a hub — a hub on its own is worth nothing, because it only works with the rest underneath it. So the seat decides what a person gets, and there are three kinds of person: the ones who run the business, the ones in the field, and the ones on someone else's payroll.
Administrative seat
The people who run the business — directors, project managers, QS, commercial, finance, procurement, ops, planners, admin and support.
Priced on the tier ladder, per seat per month.
Above 40 admin seats the account moves to Enterprise and the rate is agreed with you.
Field seat
Your own operatives, supervisors, site engineers, technicians and drivers. Mobile-first, narrow surface, high volume.
Priced by quantity band, declining as you grow.
Field and contract pools are counted separately.
Contract seat
Subcontractor and agency workers who put data in on a recurring basis — logging time, submitting forms, uploading evidence, closing tasks.
Same band structure, around 30% below field.
Billed to you, not to your subcontractor.
What a seat costs.
List prices in USD, per seat per month. Field and contract seats are banded — each rate applies only to the seats inside that band, so growing across a band never raises the price of the seats below it.

Who isn't a seat
Someone who only receives, signs or replies once is not a user, and is never billed. The test is recurring data input — not whether they work for you.
The seat decides the surface.
Every hub is on the platform for everyone — what changes is how much of it a given person can reach.

Crew is included for every field and contract seat — never an add-on. Crew is where a conversation becomes a timesheet, a task or a field reading, so charging for it would starve everything downstream of it.
Inbox is for administrative seats by design. It carries external conversation — leads, customers, suppliers — and field workers don't answer customers.
Two meters. Never a third.
Seats grant access. Only two things are counted on top — the conversations your Inbox carries, and the actions your agents take. Both are things you already budget for elsewhere.
Inbox conversations
Phone minutes and WhatsApp fees are passed through at cost, so conversation volume is metered rather than buried in the seat price.

Both allowances are pooled across the whole organisation, never enforced per person — 100 seats pool 25,000 conversations, and only a handful of people are heavy users.
A conversation is one thread with one external party in a rolling 24 hours, however many messages it takes.
Neura agent actions
Agents work unattended and around the clock, so their volume has nothing to do with how many people you employ. A 12-person firm can run more agent volume than a 200-person firm.
Each agent comes with an included envelope of actions. Overage is metered per action at the rate for that agent class.
An action is one agent-initiated write to a record, or one approval card raised.
The assistant isn't a line item.
Neura Assist is included in the seat and never priced separately. Envelopes are pooled across the organisation. If you run over, we notify your admin and slow down — we never block someone mid-task.
