Agents are priced per agent. Not per person.
An agent works unattended, around the clock — so what it does has nothing to do with how many people you employ. A twelve-person firm can run more agent volume than a two-hundred-person one. You pay for each agent you switch on, it comes with an envelope of work included, and anything beyond that is metered at a rate you can check yourself.
Conversational
Sales · Account Manager · Helpdesk
Inbox-facing agents that answer first — qualifying a lead, serving an account, resolving an issue — and hand to a person the moment one is needed.
2,000 conversations / month included
then $0.12 per conversation
Operations
Invoicing · Purchase Order · Fulfilment · Procurement · Reporting
Agents that do the back-office work end to end — raising the invoice, building the PO, producing the report — each action waiting on your approval.
1,000 actions / month included
then $0.15 per action
Follow-up
Crew chaser
Chases the inputs that go missing — timesheets, unclosed tasks, unlogged field readings — in the chat your team already uses. Most teams start here.
5,000 nudges / month included
then $0.01 per nudge
Most teams start with Follow-up — it's low-risk, you feel it in the first week, and it's the one that pulls field data in.
Running several? Bundle them.
Mix any agents from any class. Most businesses end up running three to six — one on the inbox, one or two in the back office, and the chaser.
Mix any three agents from any class.
Saves around $100 a month
Mix any six agents from any class.
Saves around $300 a month
Unlimited agents, with 50,000 actions pooled across all of them.
Recommended above 40 admin seats
One agent-initiated write to a record, or one approval card raised.
That's the whole definition. You can count it yourself in the audit trail — every write and every card is there, against the customer or job it relates to. A unit you can't verify is a unit you shouldn't trust.
If an agent fails and re-runs, that's our cost — not yours.
Your first agent is free for 60 days
Nobody's real objection is the price — it's whether an agent will do the job, and whether it will do something stupid. Sixty days of watching its approval cards answers both.
Supervision is always free
A rejected approval card is never counted. The guardrail can't be a cost, or you'd switch it off — which is the opposite of the point.
A runaway agent can't run up a bill
Every agent stops at ten times its included envelope and waits for an admin to acknowledge it. That's a safety limit, not a sales lever.
