A 20-minute demo on your own flow — not a generic tour.

Step 1 of 2

Takes under a minute · no credit card

Chosen by teams in interior design, facilities management, furniture manufacturing and professional services.
Where it hurts today
Under-billed value-added services (kitting, relabeling, pallet wrapping) and accessorial storage
Zero visibility into individual client cost-to-serve, masking unprofitable tenant accounts
Client SLA and OTIF performance reporting painstakingly compiled in spreadsheets each month
Tenant account churn driven by lack of real-time inventory and fulfillment visibility
What Neonbee gives you
Every warehouse scan, pick, pack, and value-added service metered and invoiced automatically
Real-time per-client cost-to-serve and net profitability metrics across all facility zones
Automated client portals with live OTIF delivery, order status, and inventory metrics
Full freight arm integration — manage domestic transport, dispatch, and proof-of-delivery

Logistics

This is the work. Neonbee runs the business behind it.

Not a generic ERP bent into shape — the flow below is your flow, in your language, from the first enquiry to the recurring contract.

Your business flow — one thread

From the first lead to the recurring contract.

Every stage lives in one system. The amber dots are where 3PLs typically lose margin — and the ✦ Neura agents underneath work exactly those stages.

Real scenarios

The situations that actually cost you money.

Not feature lists — the specific moments that quietly cost a 3PL Providers business money, and the exact steps Neonbee runs instead.

1

Storage billed on last month's occupancy

The moment: A client's pallet count swings from 400 to 1,100 across a peak month.

On your current stack

Storage is invoiced from a periodic manual count. Peaks get under-billed, disputes get settled in the client's favour, and the revenue is gone.

With Neonbee
Occupancy is derived from actual inbound and outbound movements
The contract's billing basis — per pallet, per day, per cubic metre — is applied automatically
Handling, pick-pack and value-added activities post as billable events
The invoice arrives with the movement evidence behind every line
Inventory · Fulfillment · Accounting

Activity-based billing reflects what actually happened in the warehouse.

2

The client who asks 'where is my stock?' at 4pm

The moment: A retail client chasing an order that was supposed to ship yesterday.

On your current stack

Someone walks the floor or calls the supervisor. The answer takes 20 minutes and is often wrong, and the client has already escalated.

With Neonbee
Stock and order status update from scans as work happens
The client sees their own inventory and order position without asking
Exceptions — short picks, damages, held orders — raise themselves
The conversation and the order live on the same record
Inventory · Fulfillment · Inbox · Signal

Status answers come from the system, not from walking the warehouse.

3

Onboarding a new client's SKUs and rules

The moment: A new e-commerce client goes live in three weeks with 900 SKUs and its own packing rules.

On your current stack

SKU data arrives in a spreadsheet, rules live in the operations manager's head, and the first fortnight is full of avoidable mis-picks.

With Neonbee
SKUs, barcodes and handling requirements are loaded once
Client-specific pick, pack and carrier rules are configured, not memorised
Rate cards and billing rules are set before the first order
Go-live exceptions are tracked as tickets, not as chaos
Inventory · Fulfillment · Support · Projects

Onboarding runs to a configured process rather than institutional memory.

Questions, answered

What most teams ask before the demo.

Straight answers — and anything we haven't covered, ask us live on the call.

Ask us directly
How long does it take to get live?

Most teams are up in 3–5 days. We configure your trade settings, migrate your customers, products and open jobs, and train your team in two 45-minute sessions.

Can we keep using our existing accounting tool?

Yes. Neonbee has a complete double-entry accounting engine built in, but we also sync 2-way with QuickBooks, Xero, Sage and Tally if you prefer to keep your accountant where they are.

Does the AI act on its own?

Neura has two modes: Assist (answers, drafts, summaries) and Execute (real actions through agents). Every Execute action lands as an approval card — nothing runs without your sign-off, and everything is audited.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. Your data stays yours — it is never shared or sold, and Neura reasons over it privately to help your business only.

What if we only need a few modules?

That's the normal path. All 20 Operations modules share one record, but you switch on only what you need and add the rest when you're ready — pricing follows what you use.
