Where it hurts today
Multi-channel inventory fragmentation causing overselling, stockouts, and cancellation fees
High customer acquisition costs (CAC) unamortized due to low repeat customer retention
Customer support agents operating blind without real-time fulfillment and tracking context
Finance teams unable to calculate true landed margin per SKU after returns and shipping fees

This is the work. Neonbee runs the business behind it.

Not a generic ERP bent into shape — the flow below is your flow, in your language, from the first enquiry to the recurring contract.

Your business flow — one thread

From the first lead to the recurring contract.

Every stage lives in one system. The amber dots are where DTC brands typically lose margin — and the ✦ Neura agents underneath work exactly those stages.

Real scenarios

The situations that actually cost you money.

Not feature lists — the specific moments that quietly cost a DTC Brands business money, and the exact steps Neonbee runs instead.

1

Overselling the last twelve units

The moment: A product goes viral and sells simultaneously on your own store, a marketplace and a wholesale order.

On your current stack

Each channel holds its own stock view. You oversell, then cancel orders and refund customers you just paid to acquire.

With Neonbee
One inventory record serves every channel
Allocation happens against real available stock, not a channel snapshot
Low-stock and oversell risks surface before they happen
Backorder or substitution decisions are made deliberately
Inventory · Daily Store · Fulfillment

Stock is allocated once, so you stop selling units you don't have.

2

The support ticket that can't see the order

The moment: A customer messages about a late delivery on Instagram, then emails, then opens a chat.

On your current stack

Three conversations, three tools, none of them showing the order, the shipment or the refund history. The customer repeats themselves and churns.

With Neonbee
Every channel lands in one inbox against one customer record
The order, tracking and payment history sit beside the conversation
Neura drafts the reply with the actual delivery status in it
Refunds and replacements post back to the same order
Inbox · Support · Daily Store · Neura AI

Support answers with the order in front of it, first time.

3

True margin per SKU after returns

The moment: A bestselling SKU with a 30% return rate.

On your current stack

Revenue looks strong. Ad spend, shipping, payment fees, returns handling and restocking losses sit in different places, so nobody knows the SKU is unprofitable.

With Neonbee
Fulfilment, shipping and payment costs post against the order
Returns and their handling costs post back to the same SKU
Insight shows margin per SKU and per channel after returns
Merchandising decisions use the number that includes the losses
Accounting · Fulfillment · Insight

SKU profitability accounts for returns instead of ignoring them.

Questions, answered

What most teams ask before the demo.

Straight answers — and anything we haven't covered, ask us live on the call.

Ask us directly
How long does it take to get live?

Most teams are up in 3–5 days. We configure your trade settings, migrate your customers, products and open jobs, and train your team in two 45-minute sessions.

Can we keep using our existing accounting tool?

Yes. Neonbee has a complete double-entry accounting engine built in, but we also sync 2-way with QuickBooks, Xero, Sage and Tally if you prefer to keep your accountant where they are.

Does the AI act on its own?

Neura has two modes: Assist (answers, drafts, summaries) and Execute (real actions through agents). Every Execute action lands as an approval card — nothing runs without your sign-off, and everything is audited.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. Your data stays yours — it is never shared or sold, and Neura reasons over it privately to help your business only.

What if we only need a few modules?

That's the normal path. All 20 Operations modules share one record, but you switch on only what you need and add the rest when you're ready — pricing follows what you use.
