Where it hurts today
Sales estimates and factory cut-lists managed in disconnected, manual spreadsheets
Raw material price volatility eroding planned margin between quotation and workshop cutting
Delivery, site assembly, and snagging disconnected from commercial accounting
Defect remediation and post-handover warranty claims tracked on loose paper

This is the work. Neonbee runs the business behind it.

Not a generic ERP bent into shape — the flow below is your flow, in your language, from the first enquiry to the recurring contract.

Your business flow — one thread

From the first lead to the recurring contract.

Every stage lives in one system. The amber dots are where joinery manufacturers typically lose margin — and the ✦ Neura agents underneath work exactly those stages.

Real scenarios

The situations that actually cost you money.

Not feature lists — the specific moments that quietly cost a Furniture & Joinery Manufacturing business money, and the exact steps Neonbee runs instead.

1

The quote that guessed the material yield

The moment: A 40-unit bespoke joinery order quoted from a rough sheet-count estimate.

On your current stack

Actual consumption runs over the estimate. Nobody finds out until the job is finished and the margin is already gone.

With Neonbee
The quote is built from the cutting list and real board rates
Issued material is booked against the works order as it's consumed
Variance between estimated and actual yield shows while the job is running
The next quote uses what the last job actually consumed
Manufacturing · Inventory · CRM (quotes)

Material variance is visible during the job, not discovered after it.

2

Re-keying the order into production and then into the invoice

The moment: An approved client order with 18 line items and three finish options.

On your current stack

The order is re-typed into the works order, then again into the delivery note, then again into the invoice. Each hop is a chance to get a dimension or a finish wrong.

With Neonbee
The approved quote becomes the works order without re-entry
Production progress updates the same record the client sees
The delivery note and installation sheet are generated from it
The invoice is raised from what was actually delivered and installed
CRM · Manufacturing · Fulfillment · Accounting

One record from order to invoice, so nothing is re-keyed or mis-specified.

3

Install snags on someone else's site

The moment: Your fitters arrive to install and the site isn't ready — walls out of tolerance, power not live.

On your current stack

The crew stands down. The cost is absorbed, the delay is blamed on you, and there's no record of why.

With Neonbee
The pre-install site check is a form the fitter completes on arrival
A failed check creates a dated, photographed record against the job
Abortive-visit costs are captured as a chargeable event
The re-visit is scheduled with the same crew and instructions
Forms · Mobility · Projects · Accounting

Abortive visits become evidenced, chargeable events rather than absorbed cost.

Questions, answered

What most teams ask before the demo.

Straight answers — and anything we haven't covered, ask us live on the call.

Ask us directly
How long does it take to get live?

Most teams are up in 3–5 days. We configure your trade settings, migrate your customers, products and open jobs, and train your team in two 45-minute sessions.

Can we keep using our existing accounting tool?

Yes. Neonbee has a complete double-entry accounting engine built in, but we also sync 2-way with QuickBooks, Xero, Sage and Tally if you prefer to keep your accountant where they are.

Does the AI act on its own?

Neura has two modes: Assist (answers, drafts, summaries) and Execute (real actions through agents). Every Execute action lands as an approval card — nothing runs without your sign-off, and everything is audited.

Is our data used to train AI models?

No. Your data stays yours — it is never shared or sold, and Neura reasons over it privately to help your business only.

What if we only need a few modules?

That's the normal path. All 20 Operations modules share one record, but you switch on only what you need and add the rest when you're ready — pricing follows what you use.
